Travis Gavinski is the founding member of Elite Sports Management. He has been working with National Football League (NFL) players for three years and is an integral part of the firms player recruiting efforts and client marketing.

Travis works aggressively to uncover and facilitate lucrative marketing opportunities for our clients, and his passion for the game and our clients has been the catalyst for several new marketing opportunities for our players. He works on a variety of matters as he ensures our clients’ needs – on and off the field – are satisfied and their expectations exceeded.

Travis utilizes his extensive NFL network to identify player opportunities and to proactively advocate for clients. In addition to Travis' recruiting and marketing efforts, he is responsible for providing day-to-day support for clients – from arranging training, organizing travel, facilitating car loans, and managing family affairs.

In his spare time, Travis enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, boating, and relaxing at his lake home in Northern Wisconsin.

Travis, his wife Wendy, their daughter Kylie, and son Maximillian, currently reside in the Madison, Wisconsin area.

Mark Eisenberg is involved with all aspects of athlete representation, specializing in communications with NFL player personnel, coaches, and scouts. Mark's aggressive approach is extremely valuable in the pre-draft promotion of our draft-eligible athletes.

As a licensed attorney, Mark also supervises the handling of any legal issues related to our athletes, reviewing contract language and ensuring that each client’s rights under the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) are enforced. Mark utilizes his expertise as an partner at a prestigious criminal defense firm in Madison, by representing players in all appeals of fines and suspensions, advises on grievances, oversees the filing for collectively-bargained benefits, and facilitates independent second medical opinions for injured athletes.

Mark is a registered Contract Advisor with the National Football League Players' Association (NFLPA) and a member of the Wisconsin and Illinois Bar Associations. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from DePaul University and his Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Notre Dame, graduating with high honors. After starting his practice, Mark earned a reputation as one of Madison’s "Best Lawyers."

Rhyan is an attorney and contract advisor, who was born and raised in the Madison area. He is a partner and shareholder in a Madison area law firm that has been in business for over thirty years. Rhyan was awarded his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law school. Prior to returning to the Madison area, Rhyan worked for the Waukesha County District Attorney’s Office and a large litigation firm in Milwaukee.

In addition to sports management and contract negotiation, Rhyan practices law in the areas of civil litigation, business, real estate, and estate planning. He has represented national corporations in a variety of legal matters and successfully negotiated contracts and various agreements on behalf of numerous businesses and individuals.

Rhyan earned his undergraduate degree from Northern Michigan University, where he played football for the Wildcats. Rhyan lives in Prairie du Sac with his wife (Emily) and two sons (Isaiah and Ben). He is also a volunteer firefighter on the Prairie du Sac Fire Department.
